About the Role
The Service Progression and Sustainability Team supports Social Care and Targeted Family Help Services in the sustainability of new ways of working. This role also works closely with our Commissioning Service.
You will research and gain knowledge around local market pressures, as well as analysing our own performance and present data on a regular basis which will inform what services are currently used and what future demand looks like. You will also contribute to the development of departmental strategies, and support change programs which require data analysis during the diagnostic and design stage of these programs.
The person we are looking for will be comfortable supporting and liaising with the Finance Business Partner, Heads of Service, Service Managers, and Team Managers on a regular basis.
The focus of this role is on continuous service improvement and ensuring that the presentation of data to inform care and support needs of our children is strong. Your ability to identify the best reporting mechanisms for performance data including comparative analyses within the Department is essential.
You will be involved in discussions analysing system requirements, organising the implementation of system enhancements, and testing new developments to ensure they meet the needs of the service.
A thirst for continuing professional and personal development is crucial to this role to ensure that skills and knowledge are maintained and updated as you inspire, generate enthusiasm, and share good practice. This will also support your ability to help develop and present training materials.
