Role Introduction






As an experienced Senior HR Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our People organisation into a data-driven powerhouse. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our people analytics capabilities, providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This is an individual contributor role, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape our data strategy, establish real-time dashboards, and create beautiful visualisations that empower our department, managers, and leadership.

What You Will Do






End-to-End People Analytics:

  • Take ownership of our people analytics capabilities and deliverables, from data collection to insights delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in processes and procedures.
  • Translate abstract concepts into actionable business requirements.

Real-Time Dashboards and Reporting:

  • Develop automated, always-on dashboards that provide real-time insights.
  • Create visually appealing data visualisations that demonstrate trends, impacts, outcomes and return on investment.
  • Enable easy access to critical information for all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data minimisation principles.

AI Integration and Data Insights:

  • Embed AI and machine learning capabilities to query and draw meaningful insights from our data.
  • Leverage Python and other data and analytics tools to structure, cleanse, and build data models and visualisations.

Analytics Maturity Journey:

  • Drive the organization through the full spectrum of analytics maturity, from establishing operational reporting right through to developing predictive and prescriptive analytics.

Data Fusion and Holistic Insights:

  • Analyse both quantitative and qualitative data, including sentiment analysis.
  • Combine HR, finance, operational, and experiential data for comprehensive insights.

What You Will Have






Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with PowerBI, Anaplan or equivalent tools
  • Strong analytical skills, including statistics, analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, processes, KPIs and databases.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in data analysis and HR.
  • Ability to drive best practices independently.
  • Hands-on approach to work as an individual contributor.
  • Strong analytical skillset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong results-orientation and ability to work effectively and indpendently
  • Experience in GDPR, data privacy and compliance preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
