Job Description
As a Senior Data Analyst on the Sales Operations team, you will be a key component to meeting overall business data and reporting objectives. This role will manage day-to-day ad-hoc requests and research data issues. Desire to learn quantitative and qualitative analysis skills are required to be successful. With Integrity’s rapid growth, the duties for this role are continuously expanding with an abundance of upward growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with data extraction, manipulation, and transformation based on requirements from stakeholders.
- Aggregate and provide quality assurance of data provided by various business units in support of centralizing data to the Data Warehouse.
- Validate, research, and prepare complex and large volumes of data using a variety of tools, tactics, and mechanisms.

- Research data based on pre-defined methodologies and make recommendations for corrections and improvements.
- Summarize, document, and present analysis findings.
- Manage project assumptions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Project management of multiple ongoing activities including coordination of IT and internal team resources.
- Meet deadlines with accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analysis, validation, or a similar role.
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced user of data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience utilizing project management tools, such as Smartsheet, Asana, JIRA
- Experience with SQL required.
- Experience with Azure and/or Snowflake required.
- Experience with Alteryx preferred but not required.
- Background in Health & Life Insurance sales is preferred but not required.
- Willing to work with a team of diverse backgrounds and skillsets in a collaborative environment.
- Highly motivated problem solver with the ability to think critically.
- Self-starter with an innate curiosity and drive to understand data.
