Maintenance and monitoring of office supplies, typing, filing, word processing, reception, answering the telephone, assisting in preparations of reports, distribution and collection of program information, Xeroxing, data entry and compilation, general office management and performing all other critical duties related to program operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Ensure the Information Board always has current information displayed.
A High School Diploma, General Education Diploma or Associate Degree. A minimum of one-year experience in office management skills, Computer Literate, Knowledge of Word Perfect, MSW, typing skills of 60 wpm. Excellent writing skills, interpersonal skills, ability to set priorities, and work under pressure.
