Founded in 2016, Tube Supply provides quality steel tube and bar in alloy, stainless, and carbon for oil and gas applications, including drilling, completions, production, and downhole tools.  Our steel tubular and bar products are tailored specifically to meet the demands of the oil and gas industry, including high pressure, high temperature (HPHT) and sour (H2S) well environments. Tube Supply clients are leading oil and gas service companies, OEMs, and manufacturing centers spanning as far as Canada and Mexico in addition to the United States.

Responsibilities






Description of Responsibilities

 

  • Work alongside key stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive the company’s decision-making processes.
  • Create and maintain various financial models and analytical reports to assist the accounting function and provide actionable information to management
  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of queries and their sources.
  • Successfully manage the connection of databases to modeling software and other programs.
  • Build and design a variety of visualizations including dashboards and excel models to help key stakeholders monitor and track the organization’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
  • Monitor resulting analytics and metrics from data models.
  • Support sales’ contract quoting process by developing tools to improve timeliness and efficiency
  • Cultivate market, customer, and vendor data to analyze, assist, and improve sales’ pricing strategies in real-time.
  • Evaluate inventory levels, trends, and needs on an ongoing basis to help streamline the supply chain function.








Qualifications






Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Advanced understanding of Information Systems (database management, best practices, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience in statistics, financial modeling, data modeling, etc. (GLM, regression models, and various other statistical analysis)
  • Intermediate/advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic Studio.
