Your new role

Responsible for ensuring that all information supplied to both colleagues and clients is accurate, of a good quality and available in a timely manner. With skills and knowledge of relevant software applications including GIS software (Mapinfo, Infonet), Wincan CCTV data reporting systems and Microsoft Excel, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective transition of processes through the processing stages.  Analysing data, identifying patterns or issues and providing explanatory notes. Working closely with and supporting the operational aspects of the business to assist as required, ensuring the smooth running of the site works. ​To provide quality control of our CCTV surveys in relation to investigations & repairs. 

About you

Desirable qualifications/ skills/ experience

  • Relevant qualification in CCTV coding (OS19x) is desirable 
  • Office duties 
  • Work with maps and plans 
  • Use of CCTV data input and update software 
  • Reporting on drainage CCTV surveys in any format  
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office  
  • Numerate and literate 
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Personable telephone manner and customer service skills when dealing with clients calls 
  • Ability to use GIS applications (Mapinfo/Infonet) 
  • Commitment to task completion
