While the first phase of virtual healthcare started with discrete services like GP consultations, and mental health counselling in Employee Assistance Programme, we are now in the middle of the second phase where we have scaled planned care in case managed multi-session virtual physiotherapy supported by digitally delivered personalised exercise programmes and are about to roll out blood tests and x-rays in the GP consultation pathway. We have now started rolling out of offerings from the third phase of evolution that focus on more planned and chronic care management for conditions like Long Covid, ADHD, and Womens health.

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst for Client specific projects. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, translating those requirements into technical solutions that align with our healthtech offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as customer success managers, governance, operations and data team to ensure the successful delivery of customized solutions that meet client expectations and drive value in their value proposition into the market.



Requirements

Client Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer success managers, building strong relationships and understanding customers 'business objectives.
  • Conduct client discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements and understand specific healthcare challenges.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and communication with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.

Requirement Analysis & Documentation:

  • Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Develop clear and concise documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process flows, tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure all documentation is easily understandable by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Solution Design & Customization:

  • Work closely with internal technical teams to design and customize solutions that address client-specific requirements.
  • Participate in solution architecture discussions, ensuring that the proposed designs are scalable, secure, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
  • Assist in the configuration and implementation of client-specific solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Project Management & Delivery:

  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure that client projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple client projects, balancing resources and deadlines effectively.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients, ensuring that solutions meet their expectations and requirements.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help clients make informed decisions and optimize their healthcare operations.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Gather client feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve client solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of healthtech solutions, including EMR/EHR systems, healthcare data interoperability (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and APIs.
    • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms and healthcare IT systems.
  • Client-Facing Skills:
    • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong ability to build relationships and manage expectations.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Ability to analyze complex data, processes, and systems to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Project Management:
    • Experience in managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience in working closely with development teams.
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge (desirable but not required):
    • Solid understanding of healthcare workflows, regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), and industry challenges.
    • Experience working with healthcare clients, including providers, payers, or other stakeholders, is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO) are a plus.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms, patient management systems, or healthcare data analytics is a strong advantage.
