Overview






SilverEdge is Seeking a Data Analyst with a minimum of 16 years experience, and a Bachelors and/or Masters degree with significant experience in the following required areas: 
 
 








Responsibilities






  • Experience working with IT enterprise data to determine issues
  • Experience with data analytic tools to create custom queries, visualizations, and dashboards
  • Determining key performance indicators (KPIs) for systems and applications
  • Working with various cloud and on premises system configurations
  • Working within various ticketing systems to track work and log potential threats and issues (eg; JIRA, ServiceNow)

 

Security Clearance:  Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret Clearance w/ FS Poly

Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

 









Qualifications






  • Splunk certification
  • Strong background with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Security
  • Ability to interpret, modify, and create scripts using Python or Shell​
