Role Overview:   

Amplifon Americas, parent company to Miracle-Ear and Amplifon Hearing Healthcare, a global leader in hearing health care, has a strong demand for an authentic, creative, diverse and versatile candidate for our Summer 2025 (AHHC) Amplifon Hearing Healthcare Junior Business Analyst Internship. We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do. 

Our 10-week paid internship program is designed to align with your interests and skillsets, providing you with a unique opportunity to grow professionally. The AHHC Junior Business Analyst Intern will support our Finance department within scope of our insurance side of the business.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collect data and analyze trends on gross margins by products and customer to understand mix and profitability
  • Standardize and implement reporting and tracking of important operating expenses against budget, forecast and prior year
  • Shadow Corporate FP&A to learn overall Corporate Finance Functions

Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to: 

  • Completed two or three years of college pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance
  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship - Internships are not intended for graduating seniors 
  • Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup)
  • Completed Financial Statement Analysis class with high proficiency       

Preferred Experience and Skills: 

  • Understanding of Financial Statements and what impacts them
  • Confidence to meet with and make recommendations to Finance and Sales leadership
