Salary range: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

As we expand, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our strategy and corporate development team in London.

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting various business functions, with a focus on sales analysis, budgeting, corporate development (M&A) and ESG. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights that support business decisions. Your experience with data analysis will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering valuable insights to the organization. You will report to the Head of strategy and corporate development.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse sales data and produce performance metrics using Salesforce and other data tools. Utilize your Salesforce experience to manage data and improve system functionalities for better business insights.


• Dashboards & Insights: Develop and maintain dashboards that present key business insights to stakeholders through tailored KPIs.


• ESG Support: Contribute to ESG-related initiatives and reporting processes, helping the company meet sustainability goals.


• Corporate Development: provide strategic insights to support corporate development, decision-making and performance optimization.


• Budgeting Support: Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets, working closely with the finance team to ensure alignment with business objectives.


• Stakeholder Communication: Present analysis findings and insights to key stakeholders, including senior leadership team, and effectively communicating complex data insights.

Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of minimum experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.


• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (primarily Excel) and Power Point.


• Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial analysis. A finance academic and/or professional background would be considered an advantage.


• Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly.


• Strong business acumen and the ability to align data analysis with strategic goals.


• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with global teams.


• Business Acumen: Provide insights that support corporate development, decision-making, and performance improvement strategies.

Advantageous

• Tech Experience: Experience in tech-driven companies or service-oriented industries.

• ESG Knowledge: Understanding of ESG processes, compliance, and reporting, with the ability to support ESG strategy development.


• Experience working with Salesforce (administration, reporting, and data analysis).


• Fluency in other European languages is an advantage.
