Overview
The Senior Business Analyst will assist the Digital Transformation team in understanding the organization’s operational needs for both automated and manual solutions to business systems and procedures of diverse scope. The Senior Business Analyst is involved in planning, organizing, and conducting detailed analytical studies to define problems, identify deficiencies and improve solutions which impact the enterprise’s effectiveness, and provide the basis for issue resolution. They collaborate with users to define business requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities to achieve process improvements and revenue savings through automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
They will gather data through many sources, to looking for trends and identifying opportunities to improve performance. They will create efficiencies in processes using Six Sigma methodologies and reporting tools such as Power BI, Insights, as well as further develop our data collection and analysis practices while acting as a liaison between information technology and business leaders.
Successful candidates should be independent, take initiative in identifying and solving issues, understand IT and business workflows, be collaborative, have a quantitative background, be comfortable working with big data, be an excellent communicator at the management and executive level and be able to be a ‘jack of all trades’ with their skillset.
