Are you an experienced analytics professional who loves to aid in the strategic direction and execution of team goals? Do you like to analyze data and provide guidance and support that drives top line sales growth? The Business Analyst role is vital to the organization as you will provide reporting, analysis, and insights to key members of the Trade channel.  In this role, you would be working with various partners to understand business issues and recommend approaches using data manipulation tools and trend analysis. This position plays a key role in the standardization of data integrity and the use of data to drive decision-making for continuous improvement of operational performance.  If you are a someone who enjoys making an impact and using analytics to drive results, then we would love to have you join our team!

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced analyst to help us grow our data literacy and analytics acumen. Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Provide program oversight and make recommendations to further optimize our budgets.
  • Run predictive analytics and experimentation initiatives with a high degree of autonomy and a focus on delivering impactful business value.
  • Research new techniques in both experimentation and advanced analytics and apply them to real-world business problems.
  • Mentor other team members who are beginning their analytics careers on standard methodologies and new techniques.
  • Provide key inputs to the analytics vision and utilization strategies in order to help DFC optimize our expertise!

Education & Experience:

A successful candidate will be a lifelong learner who has:

  • Proven track record of leading sophisticated analytics projects to production with an emphasis on business collaboration and usability.
  • PowerBI experience preferred
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Adaptability to change and work within an environment with multiple and changing priorities
  • Ambitious mentality with strong problem-solving ability, along with a passion for working with large datasets
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate data into digestible information to improve the corporate processes.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
