What you'll do






As a Senior Data Analyst, you are highly curious about data and passionate about storytelling. You have a keen eye for understanding trends and patterns using the latest analytics tools and methodologies.

 

You are comfortable presenting analytics-based insights to diverse audiences and can tailor your message based on the technical aptitude of your end users.

You will directly support top-line business metrics driving growth and retention across Docusign. You’ll focus on improving quality, driving adoption with internal teams and delivering core analysis to influence business decisions specifically within Marketing and Sales.

 

You build out the data story that helps our executives to understand the opportunities and accelerate decisions. You have excellent analytics and consultative skills, and customer engagement skills.

 

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Principal Product Manager, Data Product Management.

 

Responsibility

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and Python to identify trends, patterns, and influence product design
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven insights and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across Sales & Marketing
  • Provide data-driven support for end-user issues and requests for improvement
  • Apply statistical methods and tools to analyze data and derive meaningful insights
  • Present data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management, optimally communicating complex findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analysis

What you bring






Basic 

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a sales or marketing analytics role
  • Proven expertise navigating Tableau, Salesforce and Snowflake
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets
  • Solid functional understanding of sales and marketing lifecycle analytics
  • Strong analytical approach and a passion for extracting valuable insights

 

Preferred 

  • Knowledge in subscription business model
  • Hands-on experience with one of the following: Mixpanel, Amplitude,
  • Google Analytics or Heap
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner
