Role Summary
The successful candidate will be a member of the Corporate Affairs Pfizer Digital Client Partner Team. The candidate will work as part of a team responsible for supporting the delivery of projects involving varied and innovative technologies with a focus across all Corporate Affairs disciplines.
This role will work in partnership across Pfizer Digital teams and external vendors, including but not limited to the Corporate Affairs Creation Center, Digital Compliance, Architecture, AIBI, Global Information Security (GIS) and Customer Experience & Design.
The Senior Associate, Business Analyst, Pfizer Digital will have business analysis skills and experience to support the delivery of projects and contribute to large multi-year programs. This role will work alongside Client Partner team and business partners to understand and document requirements, maintain project plans update, support overall project management, conduct QA and testing (alongside both Pfizer Digital teams and business clients), monitor go live activities, and provide metrics as part of the Pfizer Solution Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) process.
Role Responsibilities
Support Corporate Affairs Client Partner Team with day-to-day operational tasks.
Effectively document current business processes in collaboration with the Client Partner Team.
Demonstrate a good understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
Gather and develop business requirements for new systems build and/or process and system improvements leveraging standard Pfizer specifications and templates.
Collaborate with Digital Creation Center partners to develop test plan, scripts and actively participate in User Acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate and follow up with Project Team members to ensure project plans are completed and executed on time.
Ensure that customer expectations have been met through delivery of business as usual (BAU) services or projects.
Help business partners understand the available digital resource and approved solutions to achieve business outcome, drive digital adoption and achieve digital simplicity.
Contribute to the completion of complex projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team.
Basic Qualifications
A bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 1-year relevant experience, or associate's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience with a High School diploma.
3+ years of experience as an information technology professional.
Ability to plan, organize, and structure work and collaborate with multiple teams in parallel.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks.
Demonstrated capabilities and experience collaborating and working effectively in team settings, frequently in virtual teams.
Familiar with GenAI technology, experience in prompting is a plus.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with good knowledge of collaboration tools such as Microsoft365, SharePoint and OneDrive. Familiar with Power Automate, Power BI, and Tableau is a plus.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Non-standard work hours may be required based on project deliverables and business needs
5% travel may be required for occasional team meetings
Work Location Assignment: Must be able to work in assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $67,400.00 to $112,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
