What is an Adaptive Solutions & Data Analyst with Swire Coca-Cola?The Adaptive Solutions & Data Analyst will help build best in class tools and capabilities that support enterprise-wide planning and execution. The mission of the Adaptive Technical Support Analyst will be to own the solution design and deployment of our Adaptive models to drive efficiency and top line growth.   Responsibilities: Support the solution design of Swire’s Adaptive model landscape. You will ensure the overall direction is optimized for space constraints, speed, maintainability, and user satisfaction Participate in UAT testing and deployment Support and maintain high performance and scalable Adaptive model architecture Support user groups to ensure solutions incorporate user feedback and the best decisions on design trade-offs are reached Maintain knowledge of industry trends and utilize this knowledge to educate both IT and the business on opportunities to build better Adaptive target architectures that support RGM, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance objectives Develop model documentation Generate new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help sustain our business Develop and leverage relationships with stakeholders to appropriately stretch and impact the Coca-Cola System (Franchise Partners and Bottlers) Requirements: BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Information Systems or equivalent degree 2+ years of Adaptive or similar model building experience 2+ years’ experience in design, building and implementation of any of the qualifying software; Oracle Hyperion HFM, Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle Cloud EPM, SAP BPC, SAP IBP, SAP BI-IP, SAP SAC, SAP Callidus Understanding of data architecture and integration across platforms Understanding of end-to-end processes and data models, in planning (i.e., sales, finance, commercial, supply chain, workforce, etc.), forecasting, execution, and Trade Promotion Management Strong Excel analytical capability (Pivot tables, macros) and Access familiarity Strong conceptual, strategic thinking, problem solving, technical and analytical skills Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable) #LI-Onsite
