A Senior Data Analyst adept in 'Big Query' with ability to develop and maintain sophisticated data models?

 

Permanent, full-time

Working: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid)

 

We're looking for a Senior Insight & Experimentation Data Analyst to join our team and revolutionise our clients' content experiences.  If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a knack for turning complex data into actionable and game-changing insights, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance our clients' content experiences through deep analysis of diverse customer offerings
  • Data Mastery: Develop and maintain sophisticated data models, metrics, and insights that support our strategic growth objectives
  • Transform Insights: Convert complex analyses into compelling, actionable insights to guide decision-making across the organisation
  • Lead Experimentation: Drive robust testing processes to enhance the reliability and quality of client experimentation
  • Automate Reporting: Develop and automate intuitive reports, empowering stakeholders with self-service data access
  • Architect Solutions: Design and write detailed requirements for data models (star schema) and ETL processes
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work with data and technology teams to create architecture requirements and ensure accurate metric tracking
  • Manage Projects: Oversee multiple high-complexity, high-impact insight projects, ensuring timely and strategic delivery

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years in data analysis with expertise in BigQuery and cloud data platforms
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagements and deliver high-impact insights
  • Experimentation: Experience in designing, executing, and analysing experiments
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, able to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven experience in developing and implementing analytics strategies that drive stakeholder value
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with BI/visualisation tools and expert in SQL
  • Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Python/R, ETL pipelines using SQL and Python, and orchestration tools like Airflow
