Overview

The Senior HRIS Data Analyst will support the delivery of the HRIS System to the Adriatic Region (4000 Employees). As well as support the HRIS team in the operational delivery of various HR systems and processes across Nomad Foods. This will include providing day-to-day data maintenance and systems support, producing accurate and timely reports to support the wider HR community, and implementing new systems and processes which support the Group HR strategy.

 

This role has a broad scope and impacts all parts of the Nomad estate. Due to the nature of the role, the post-holder must ensure confidentiality of the critical and sensitive data held within our HR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the roll out of any process improvement related to HR systems collaborating with Group IT and external support partners.
  • Develop, maintain and enhance HR metrics and dashboards using both SF People Stories and Power BI.
  • Involved in data gathering, manipulation, and analysis, providing proposals and recommendations based on key analytical information and data driven insights, plus data cleansing at every opportunity.
  • Lead investigations, and resolution to problems, undertake root cause analysis, develop proposed solutions and provide consultation to key stakeholders to evaluate options and determine the preferred solution.
  • Playing a key role in testing system implementation, upgrades and development.
  • Manage data in line with all relevant data protection/GDPR legislative requirements.
  • Provide support and plan for changes in HR reporting cycles or data management to meet these needs (e.g., salary review process, bonus cycle, talent reviews).
  • Act as first line of support for HRIS queries and liaise with third parties and other stakeholders (HRBPs, Group IT, external support partners) to ensure they are fully supported by an efficient HR system.
  • Work effectively in partnership with third party suppliers to resolve system errors and incidents.
  • Identify best practice and advise on the best fit solution where applicable.
  • Other tasks as reasonably requested by your manager.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Experience of using SAP SuccessFactors
  • HR System Implementation Experience
  • Process Automation tools

Desirable:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification or Advanced System Knowledge .
  • Experience of SQL.
  • Experience of using SharePoint.
  • Power BI/SF People Stories
