Groups Recover Together was founded in 2014 to make treatment for opioid addiction respectful, accessible and affordable. We empower our members to regain control of their lives through a combination of community support, outpatient weekly group therapy and medication to manage withdrawal using buprenorphine and naltrexone. 

 

As a Senior Data Analyst /Tableau Developer at Groups Recovery Together, you will be responsible for performing and communicating data analysis and developing interactive Tableau dashboards and reports. You will work closely with our data analysts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and create user-friendly dashboards that provide actionable insights from our data.

Responsibilities

 

  • Analyzing clinical, operational, and digital product data to provide business partners with actionable insight
  • Wrangling the data required for your analyses using SQL
  • Architecting novel data sets as necessary
  • Developing self-serve reporting tools in Tableau for business partners
  • Contributing to a specific part of a project or owning the project from start to finish
  • Answering ad hoc questions
  • Leveraging your curiosity, domain area knowledge, and initiative to proactively identify opportunities for analysis
  • Synthesizing, summarizing, and presenting insights to a variety of decision-makers, from C-level executives to clinical and operational field staff
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand data needs, and provide valuable insights.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in an analytical role
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or a related area.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and dashboard development using Tableau (or a similar BI tool)
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Obsessive attention to detail with a commitment to quality
  • Curiosity, initiative, and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Tableau Desktop and Server certifications
    • Familiarity with ETL processes and tools
    • Knowledge of statistical and machine learning concepts
