Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights that influence business strategy and performance.
- Reporting & Visualisation
- Own and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker or Power BI.
- Ensure data accuracy and clarity in all reporting outputs.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Present findings in a clear, compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced Analytics
- Apply analytical techniques and methodologies to understand cohort behaviour and segment users.
- Drive innovation in analytics processes and methodologies.
- Data Governance
- Ensure compliance with data quality standards and governance frameworks.
- Support continuous improvement of data processes.
Skills & Experience
- Essential
- Strong analytical and insight generation skills, with 4+ years of experience in analytics roles.
- High proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Looker etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented problem solver with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs.
- Desirable
- Experience with Python for advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Background in web analytics or customer insights.
