Permanent

Grade 5 - £40,221 - £48,474

Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review

Working 36.5 hours per week

An opportunity to enhance and support the Council’s ability to meet its Network Management Duty under the Traffic Management Act 2004 by working closely with the Data Manager on vital data analysis and administrative tasks. Lead a dynamic team of Data Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. As a hands-on manager, you’ll ensure HR policies and processes, such as regular 1-2-1s, sickness management, and leave tracking, are meticulously followed. Oversee the seamless collection, analysis, and sharing of data, ensuring compliance with legislation and delivering actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
