Data Analyst (Power BI | SQL | Advanced Analytics)

OVERViEW
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing Data & Analytics practice, focused on delivering actionable insights and data-driven decision-making for clients.
This is a client-facing role working across the full analytics lifecycle from data exploration to storytelling and advanced analytics.
Who We’re Looking For
A commercially minded Data Analyst who can translate complex data into meaningful insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends and insights
- Develop KPIs, metrics, and analytical frameworks
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Create semantic models using DAX and Power Query
- Perform advanced analytics (forecasting, A/B testing, regression)
- Work with Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on data solutions
- Present insights to stakeholders in a clear, business-focused way
- Ensure data governance and quality standards
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong experience in data analysis and insight generation
- Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, modelling)
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Python and/or R for analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modelling
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desirable
- Experience in consulting / professional services
- Exposure to AI-driven analytics or Copilot tools
- Experience in regulated industries
- Experience with additional BI tools (Qlik, Looker, etc.)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to translate business needs into data solutions
