The Harris For President Campaign is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Analytics team. The Analyst will assist with targeting, reporting, tracking, and other program-specific data needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize large quantities of data with an emphasis on strategic recommendations
- Actively participate in all phases of the analysis & reporting pipeline: problem scoping, ETL/data cleaning, analysis and testing, developing reports and dashboards, and presenting recommendations.
- Work with a cohesive team to execute projects with accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness.
- Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to produce deliverables.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ year of experience applying data and analytics tools in a political, business, or non-profit setting
- 2+ year using SQL professionally
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and platforms used by other team members
- A track record of prioritizing projects with the ability to be self-directed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A desire to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and implement creative solutions to unique problems
- A technical skill set that includes familiarity or proficiency in a variety of programming languages/software such as (but not limited to) MS Excel, Google Suite, Python, QGIS and R
- Experience volunteering or working in politics
$90,000 - $100,000 a year
