Unit Description






Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at Trust Park dating back to 2016 when the 41,500-seat venue opened. The state-of-the-art ballpark is home to Major League Baseball's Atlanta Braves.









Responsibilities






  • Analyze transactional sales data from point-of-sale systems to identify key insights and trends 
  • Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Tableau to communicate key performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create strategic action plans to address market opportunities 
  • Execute analytics projects with the corporate analytics department to support revenue-generating efforts, including pricing and optimization strategies 
  • Prepare and present fact-based reports, dashboards, and recommendations from analytics projects, ensuring effective data architecture and warehousing for optimal data use 








Qualifications






  • Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or other discipline; master’s degree preferred  
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or similar function, working in a high volume, fast-paced environment; preferably in hospitality or sports industries  
  • Proficiency in analytics and predictive tools such as Advanced Excel and R, and data warehousing tools such as SQL   
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools especially Tableau and prior experience with point of sales systems preferred   
  • Experience in setting sales strategic direction and annual and long-term planning to achieve business results
