Responsibilities






Position Purpose: Business Analyst plays a vital role in StoneX Global Payments Product Management team in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This position is responsible for supporting the product management by gathering and documenting business requirements and ensuring that product development aligns with strategic business objectives.  An individual working on this position is required to have strong knowledge and experience working with Global Payment solutions and is expected to steer the development of our White Label platform considering the latest trends in both payments’ technology and global payment flows. We are looking for an innovative and dynamic payments business analyst with strong technical acumen to work alongside the Product Owners to drive the product in an agile environment.

 

 

 Primary duties will include: 

 

  • Work with internal and external customers to design white-label solution for FIs, enhancement specifications and implementation strategy.
  • Design business workflows adhering to the regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Assist in gathering and analysing project requirements and creating user stories for development.
  • Articulate and translate complex information in clear, meaningful and structural way to suit audiences, convincing technical stakeholders of the customer with value driven KPIs
  • Organizing and participating in Scrum teams.

 

 









Qualifications






To land this role you will need:

 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements
  • Develop detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for new product features and enhancements
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Prefer a minimum of 8-10 years of work experience in payments and FX space, ideally with a global financial institution or a Fintech company.

 

 

What makes you stand out:  

 

  • Knowledge of the practical application of software and technology.
  • Ability to provide technical hands-on testing for UAT, feature and release signoff.
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge of technology systems and skills.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT and Payments infrastructure is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Product Management tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, JIRA and Azure DevOps.
