Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Global Transformation Programme

Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in London)

Contract Type: 6 Month Contract (Inside IR35)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team for a critical 6-month contract. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation phase of a global transformation programme. The project focuses on implementing a new operating model, with an emphasis on organisation, people, and change.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and we are looking for a professional who can hit the ground running. You will leverage design playbooks and a wealth of available material to drive forward the implementation. Your ability to adapt quickly, think critically, and apply your experience to deliver high-impact outcomes will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of a new operating model across a global organisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organisation’s transformation goals.
• Use existing design playbooks and materials to provide structure and guidance throughout the implementation phase.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in the transformation journey and proactively work to mitigate them.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive decision-making.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on your experience with similar global transformation programmes.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on global transformation projects, with a focus on organisation, people, and change.
• Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with the implementation phase of large-scale change initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to work with existing materials and frameworks to achieve project objectives.
• Must be able to work 1 day a week in London (hybrid arrangement).
