Summary Objective
The Quality Data Analyst Admin supports the Vice President of EHS & Quality and the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams by collecting, analyzing, and reporting quality-related data to drive continuous improvement. This role leverages advanced analytics tools to monitor QC/QA metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance manufacturing performance and compliance. The position collaborates closely with the Quality Team to support the existing Quality Management System (QMS) infrastructure and ensure data-driven decision-making aligns with organizational objectives.

Work Location
This position will work out of our Normandy facilities in Jacksonville, FL. This position is not approved for telecommuting or working remotely.
Work Environment
Most work is performed in an office environment. Regular trips to the Fabrication Shop for observation and support may be necessary, which may require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and mandatory head protection.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. First shift days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel
Anticipated travel is minimal, approximately 10%, primarily for training or supplier visits. Occasional local day travel may be required.
