Executive Nexus (EN) is a two-sided technology enabled services business serving CEO-level executives and the private equity (PE) industry.  EN provides timely and consequential connections between investors and CEOs by matching the interests and requirements of both parties.

Through a mixture of transaction-related and long-term initiatives, EN enables client PE firms to build networks in their target industry segments, originate deals, identify senior advisors and hire executives into their portfolio companies. Clients engage with EN via enterprise level subscriptions, based on a package of services.

For executives, EN provides visibility and access to relevant people in the PE industry. The service is based around an invitation-only digital platform, which provides users with recommendations of people they should meet in PE, based on their preferences and industry expertise. This content enables EN to engage with executives outside of client requirements, which presents an opportunity to rapidly scale. The app promotes engagement, ensuring EN can provide fast access to executives to service future client requirements.

The business was founded in 2020 by two experienced PE head-hunters and has grown rapidly with the support of blue-chip upper-mid and large-cap private equity client. EN employs colleagues in the UK, US and Germany, plus offshore teams in India and Bangladesh.
