Job Title: Performance Data Analyst (Internal Only)
Base Location: Leeds
Salary: Grade JA04- depending on skills and experience and working hours
Working Pattern: Full Time, Internal Secondment

Could you be our next Performance Data Analyst to join the team and drive this success forwards?
What will I be doing in this role?
In a typical day, you could expect to be;
- Reporting and Correspondence
Supporting the Operational team in Leeds for Highways Electrical to co-ordinate the collation of high quality analytical data, preparing excel based reports from our COINS, Asset Management System (FM), Lighting Incentive Scheme & PFI data to measure performance within given contracted SLA’s. This is structured and will be run daily, weekly and monthly.
- Analytical Performance
Works flexibly and where applicable, co-ordinates with the team to ensure a high level of performance and utilisation of the tools available to extract information from FM, COINS etc. With a purpose to gain insight and guide effective decision-making at a senior level.
- Problem Solving
Takes personal ownership of tasks and problem solving and, where applicable, facilitates this within the team to ensure all issues are satisfactorily resolved at the lowest possible level.
- Ad-hoc Data Requests
Support the Senior Management Team in extracting and compiling ad-hoc reports for further insight and analysis with a tight deadline.
- Administrative Procedures
Provides guidance and support as necessary to ensure Company policy and procedures are effectively applied in providing a consistent, responsive, high quality and cost effective service.
- Continuous Improvement
Identifies opportunities to enhance reports and reduce costs by continuous improvement of process and practices.
What do I need to be successful in the role?
- Ability to collate and manipulate data to produce meaningful high-level reports.
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook knowledge and experience to a high level of output.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel [V-lookups; Sumifs; Count-ifs; Pivot Tables]
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent Time Management with the ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks.
- Coaching of colleagues in relevant areas (Coins)
- Ability to work in a matrix structure.
