We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented People Data Analyst. This is a dynamic role that will evolve as our analytics maturity grows, offering real opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives and advanced analytical projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in HR, a curious and analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate data insights clearly and with confidence to a range of audiences.

Key Responsibilities People Data & Reporting 

  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reporting across headcount, hiring, attrition and performance metrics 
  • Support creation and maintenance of automated People dashboards for People leadership and People Partners 
  • Deliver reporting to support People and Talent initiatives and annual people cycles 
  • Support reporting on organisational structure, headcount movement and workforce trends 
  • Respond to business-as-usual queries related to our people data with accuracy and clarity 
  • Working across our full people analytics tool stack, building out our people data infrastructure, working with APIs and complex data sets

Analytics & Insight

  • Analyse people data to identify trends and insights to support business decision-making 
  • Support analysis for workforce planning, hiring trends and retention 
  • Support analysis of employee engagement survey data and generation of insight to inform action planning

Data Quality & Systems

  • Ensure people data across HR systems remains accurate and reporting-ready 
  • Support data validation and improvements to data structure and reporting outputs 
  • Help improve reporting processes and data accessibility across People systems

People & Talent Cycle Support

  • Support data preparation for performance and calibration cycles 
  • Support hiring and talent reporting needs, including recruitment and internal mobility metrics 
  • Implement and uphold a consistent HR data taxonomy and governance framework 

Project Support 

  • Support HR data workstreams across ongoing HR initiatives 
  • Ensure alignment between programmes 
  • Maintain a clear HR data voice in the development of our broader function

Skills & Experience Essential

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining exemplary attention to detail under time pressure 
  • A solution-driven mindset with the ability to think creatively to solve problems 
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex concepts for senior audiences, including the confidence to answer the "so what" question behind the data being presented 
  • Strong interpersonal skills; calm, approachable, friendly and collaborative 
  • Discreet, diplomatic and able to handle highly confidential information 
  • Teachable and flexible with a growth mindset 
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills 
  • Reliable and deadline-driven, consistently delivering on time 
  • Ability to present complex data insights in a clear, concise, and visually compelling format

Preferred 

  • 2–3 years' experience working in an HR function, particularly in people analytics, within a large global or matrixed organisation 
  • Familiarity with Workday HR data and its key structures
