Hybrid Work Model (Onsite 3 days weekly)

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST

 

Overview:

As a Lead Benefits and Compensation Data Analyst in the Human Resources department, you will be expected to lead cross-border project teams, bringing a deep understanding of compensation and benefits, and also be able to analyze and share trends and patterns within complex data sets related to compensation, benefits and other employee related data. 

The Lead Analyst will be part of the compensation and benefits strategy teams and participate in major projects related to both fields, and ad hoc data requests. Strategic advice is to be provided to senior Business and HR leadership on compensation trends, benefits design, total rewards innovations, and general employment trends companywide, and across business units and countries.

This role involves understanding the business needs of various stakeholders, providing input to the design and development of dashboards and data visualizations, analyzing the data, and sharing the “story” of the data to stakeholders, which will ultimately help CSC make better decisions for our colleagues and clients.

This role would best suit someone who has strong project management skills, is a self-starter, enjoys translating data into communications, and has a strong attention-to-detail.   Exceptional Excel skills, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to think outside of the box, being a self-starter, and also collaborative, are critical skills to be successful in this position. Furthermore, thorough experience in leading benchmarking exercises of compensation and benefits and deep understanding of European labor markets, tax implications, and compliance requirements are key requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand critical metrics and KPIs from stakeholders
  • Prepare proactive and ad hoc analytics related to people data.
  • Analyze data from various angles, looking for patterns and trends, that align to business needs
  • Prepare and present findings to key stakeholders in writing and verbally.
  • Protect and maintain the privacy of employee data including personal and compensation related information
  • Support and coach colleagues in the team and extended global HR team with assessing and implementation of total rewards and key insights and actions related to people data.
  • Oversee the design and administration of benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, and wellness initiatives.
  • Assess and recommend cost-effective and competitive benefits solutions across regions.

  • 5+ years of experience as a rewards analyst, HR Business Partner, or related role.
