Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary:

The Junior Business Analyst will support the analysis, reporting, and data management needs of the company. The successful candidate will work closely with senior analyst and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reports, and provide insights to drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for data solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.

• Manage data exports and extractions to feed corporate analytics and reporting.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support various business functions.

• Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks as needed; commitment to detail is a must.
• Provide support to end-users for multiple software platforms.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation for data processes, reports, and dashboards.
• Optimizes processes and systems as a partner of our various business units.

• Conduct training sessions and create user guides for business users.

• Support the administration and usage of pharmacy systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
