RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT Data Analyst is expected to be able to: 

  • Provide system data, and process improvement recommendations for means of automation for Tech Refresh operations and data management.
  • Provide project data, updates, and standings to cover future DIA, Defense Intelligence Enterprise growth for sites to come that fall within scope of Tech Refresh while preparing data requirements for Tech Refresh utilization of schedule, project success, implementation, and executions of assets.
  • Responsible for providing system data, and process improvement recommendations for means of automation for Tech Refresh operations and data management.
  • Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.
  • Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.
  • Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
  • Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry
  • Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
  • Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
  • Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
  • Seasoned technical contributor.
  • May manage and influence projects / processes.
  • Influences others regarding system design, solutions, and procedures

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with a CI Poly 
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of experience (or equivalent) in a relevant field, such as data science, statistics, mathematics, or computer science. 
  • Demonstrated experience in collecting, acquiring, extracting, integrating, inspecting, cleaning, and modeling data.  
  • Have a minimum of 5 years in data analysis experience.  
  • Possess knowledge and experience with data analysis and data technical expertise in data management, engineering, and science.  
  • Must have excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and conflict management, and critical thinking skills.   
  • Demonstrated experience in transitioning applications to IC Information Technology Environment (ITE) and in-depth knowledge of IC ITE services.

We are seeking an IT Data Analyst to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III).

 

The IT Data Analyst is responsible for for providing system data, and process improvement recommendations for means of automation for customer operations and data management. The Data Analyst provides project data, updates, and standings to cover future DIA, Defense Intelligence Enterprise growth for sites to come that fall within scope of DIA while preparing data requirements for utilization of schedule, project success, implementation, and execution of assets.
