Job Description:
The Intermediate Data and Systems Analyst provides data analysis and database management support to HR programs and initiatives, driving actionable recommendations based on internal and external research. This role serves as a key resource to team members by ensuring requirements are met, analyzing data for insights, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
The analyst will monitor and enhance analytics platforms and dashboards to meet evolving business needs while maintaining data security, quality, and governance standards. They will deliver regular reports, forecasting models, and data-driven tools, enabling strategic HR decision-making.
This position plays a critical role in driving out our existing Excel-based reporting capabilities into more strategic opportunities by automating and leveraging Power BI.
