Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join a growing global D&A team driven to identify consumer insights from data collected during 1-to-1 consumer interactions and deliver operational metrics to promote efficient operations. Initial work will focus on building a suite of PowerBI views to deliver quick and simple access to consumer and operational data.

Delivers insights, business transformation opportunities and analytics counsel to drive deep consumer understanding, enhance consumer experiences, and identify operational optimization opportunities (Key Performance Indicator measurement). Provides analytics which identifies disruption opportunities to improve organization operations and consumer interactions. This role provides leadership in setting direction, creating solutions, and engaging in-house and partner operational teams to deliver accurate and meaningful data to continuously improve consumer satisfaction, consumer loyalty, and operational efficiency.

Leads and improves analytical programs and presents the results of the business unit/category/region leaders. Analyzes the variable granular data of the business and regularly uses models to deliver business insights across diverse business domains. With a combination of analytical expertise, data and system knowledge, and business insight, answers and anticipates critical business questions and opportunities and delivers insights to the business in ways that make significant impacts. Demonstrates use of data visualization (Power BI, Excel), and analytic tools (Python, R, SQL, KNIME) to grasp the business insights from mountains of data. Collaborates within GCR to improve key business priorities based on data-driven insights.
