What You’ll Do

• Be the detective behind the numbers—analyze financial statements, budgets, and operational data to spot trends and opportunities.
• Create reports that matter—monthly, quarterly, and annual insights for leadership and the Board.
• Build forecasts and models that guide big decisions (yes, your work will influence strategy!).
• Track KPIs like a pro and recommend ways to boost profitability and efficiency.
• Support compliance and keep us on track with accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with teams across lending, operations, and executive leadership to make data-driven magic happen.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–4 years in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Skills: Advanced Excel wizardry, financial modeling expertise, and bonus points for data visualization skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• A team player who can also rock it solo.
