Ecommerce Business Analyst

Zenith Mind Inc. is looking for an enterprising, efficient business analyst who has experience in retail, e-commerce or logistics domain for one of our clients.

Job Title: Ecommerce Business Analyst
Location: Remote for now.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the business and data analytics projects, including extraction, cleaning and analyzing high volumes of data from different sources in a dynamic environment.
• Manage website content, execute site refresh process and work as a liaison between the IT and business teams.
• Shape and inform key metrics and indicators by which we will assess product category and vendor performance.
• Relevant experience in data analysis, research, experimentation, business intelligence and data warehousing tools, or comparable consumer analytics solutions
• Strong Data Visualization Presentation and Communication Skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business terms and communicate effectively with the business
• Analyze, develop and write business requirements, translate into functional design documents and participate in the technical design, test planning and user documentation processes for complex application systems.
• Track problems and bugs; revise documentation of system revisions and modifications, as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, and 2 years of experience in the position offered or related.
• Strong verbal and written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with various levels and teams within the organization
• Experience in Retail- E-Commerce.
• Experience in supply chain and logistics domains.
