Job Summary

Pay Range: 84K- 140K

The Reporting and Insights Business Analyst, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of high-priority business and technology projects within the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) and Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). This role involves supporting quality assurance processes, facilitating tollgate reviews, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Metrics and Reporting - Produce insightful reports at the enterprise, Line of Business (LoB), and Function levels summarizing project progress, decisions, risks, and issues. Manage reports that associate enterprise and LOB/Enterprise Function strategic objectives with Tier 1 and high priority projects. Provide clear and accurate information to stakeholders to support informed decision-making and communication.
  • Enterprise Roadmap Development and Inter-Project Dependency Management - Lead the development of the enterprise roadmap for the ECM Tier 1 and EPMO portfolio of high-priority business and technology projects, considering strategic goals and resource constraints identify critical inter-project dependencies within the ECM and EPMO portfolio of projects and assess their impact on the timelines and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance project success and minimize risks. Serve as a central point of coordination and information sharing between the ECM / EPMO and second and third line of defense (2 and 3 LOD) teams. Ensure that relevant information is communicated accurately and timely to support decision-making and compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement - Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program oversight within ECM and EPMO. Continuously improve program oversight processes and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, computer science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in program oversight, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and programs
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable
  • Strong understanding of program oversight methodologies, project governance, and change control processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, computer science, or a related field is a plus
