JOB SUMMARY

KIOTI Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care equipment, and compact construction equipment, is looking for a Dealer Development Data Analyst to join our team onsite in Wendell, NC, and help drive the next phase of our growth. The Dealer Development Data Analyst will analyze large datasets using AI-assisted tools to uncover strategic insights that shape content and customer strategies. You will transform data into clear, actionable stories for stakeholders and help drive meaningful business decisions through compelling analysis and communication.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

  • Analyze large datasets using AI-assisted workflows to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Translate data findings into concise content recommendations aligned with client goals.
  • Go beyond reporting by interpreting what the data says about content performance.
  • Use AI tools to assist with data summaries, visualizations, and reporting tasks.
  • Create Power BI dashboards to better summarize market data and potential opportunities.
  • Present findings confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to refine data strategies.
  • Continuously improve analysis processes and stay current with industry tools and best practices.

 

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience with data analysis, Power BI, and reporting
  • At least 2 years of SQL experience to include data mapping and data validation
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) for data analysis, summarization, and/or visualization
  • Ability to translate data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong capability with MS Excel required, experience with BI tools a plus
  • Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and MS Word
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) as well as Mapping Programs preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive strategic insights from complex datasets
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, demonstrated through academic or personal projects
  • Experience or coursework in both qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify root causes and conduct an initial investigation into problems as they arise
  • Must have proven experience in communicating and collaborating with all levels of management
  • Consistently demonstrates personal ownership of tasks, projects, and job performance
