Salary:                                                           $127,945 per year

Hours:                                                           Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Duties:

•  Design, implement and maintain stable data ingestion pipelines using ETL best practices.
•  Responsible for transforming and optimizing raw data sets into modeled datasets tailored to business needs.
•  Collaborate with BI Analysts and Data Scientists to ensure data availability for analysis and reporting.
•  Adhere to Data Engineering best practices, including data security and privacy protocols.
•  Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, quickly identifying and remedying weaknesses, lapses, or bugs.
•  Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure accurate, scalable, and maintainable output.
•  Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
•  Lead projects involving complex data pipelines and design systems to meet internal and external stakeholder needs.
•  Cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Analytics or related field of study AND Two (2) Years of experience In the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.

Position also requires demonstrated experience in the following:

• Highly optimized and efficient SQL

• Snowflake data warehouse

• Big data environments and processing large volumes of data

• DAG orchestration tools such as Airflow, Astronomer or Dagster

WORK SCHEDULE

Orangetheory Fitness currently observes the following hybrid work model for employees at our Boca Raton, FL and Seattle, WA offices:

• Remote optional: Mondays and Fridays
• On-site days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
