We're On the Beach. There's over 600 of us, mostly at home, and sometimes in our office in Manchester.
We send nearly two million people on holiday every year (not together) and we're expecting to get to three million pretty sharpish. Why? Because we're the only holiday company who truly gets why going on your holidays is the best week or two of the year.
With our market-leading offers, scalable, flexible and innovative technology, strong customer-value proposition and low-cost base, we're challenging existing players and redefining how customers book, manage and experience their holidays.
And it doesn't stop there. With huge opportunities for growth, we're on a long-term mission to become Europe's biggest and most loved online retailer of beach holidays, so our story's only really just begun...

About the role
We are on the lookout for a passionate, innovative Data Analyst to join our growing Marketing Analytics team here at On the Beach. This role has three focus areas:
You’ll need to be both curious and tenacious – particularly about people and their behaviour. Achieve a deep understanding of our site, the market and our commercial metrics to spot opportunities and problems – seeing both through to resolution. You will be a key player in supporting our ambition to be the number one beach holiday provider in Europe.
Travel is an extremely dynamic and fast-paced industry so you will get the opportunity to work on many varied projects involving data.
What you'll be doing
-Provide Data and Analytics support into our Brand/PR team to help optimise the data we can use for campaign planning and execution.
-Conduct and support deep dives into campaign performance to help identify future opportunities.
-Use data to help improve understanding of customer purchase behaviour.
-Ensure data and insights are connected to actions that the business can take and be comfortable working at pace across a range of applications to achieve this
-Support wider team in building out a best in class data environment

Ways of working
Our fulltime hours are 37.5 per week, but we don't have rigid working hours so you can find the working pattern that's right for you. We have core working hours between 10am - 4pm, so we can collaborate and enjoy the social side of work.
We also have hybrid working so we all work from home and 2 days a week from our Aeroworks office in Manchester City Centre. You are welcome in the office at any time however, so come in and collab.
