Essential Responsibilities:
Managing in-house Competency Assessment tools, including creating/modifying competency models, managing user accounts and providing user support to employees and their people leaders.
Assist in analysing engineering competency data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Python, Tableau, and PowerPoint to visualise key metrics and performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership to communicate findings and recommendations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Excellent proficiency in Excel, Python, and Tableau.
Solid understanding of data analysis concepts and techniques.
Experience with PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
Great attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
