We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help the business make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data wrangling, statistical analysis, and data visualization, as well as the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

  • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct problems.

  • Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.

  • Automate manual processes to improve efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and business operations.

Duties

  • Conduct data profiling and quality checks.

  • Develop custom queries and scripts to extract data.

  • Support A/B testing and statistical modeling.

  • Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.

  • Assist in the development of predictive models.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL; experience with R or Python is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools.

  • Understanding of databases and data warehousing concepts.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is advantageous.
