Job Description






 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

 

  • Design, develop, and create analytics using data/visual analytics tools such as Azure Data Factory and PowerBI. This includes workflows, pipelines, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain and monitor existing workflows and dashboards to meet SOX and operational requirements while documenting and validating completeness and accuracy of data to ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) requirements.
  • Standardize and streamline data analytics processes to drive efficiencies and consistency in methodologies and applications cross business units.
  • Navigate a variety of servers, data types, and structures, and analyze complex data from multiple sources for informed decision-making.
  • Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive technical specifications for various systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver impactful data-driven solutions.

 









Qualifications






 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of professional-level experience in data science, business intelligence, or data analytics.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory and its components, including pipelines, data flows, and activities. They should be able to design, build, and maintain data integration workflows in Azure Data Factory.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, including app creation, visualization design, and data model development
  • Proficient in Python and SQL programming languages.
  • Experience in SAP, SAP BW, SAP HANA is preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data workflow issues, collaborate with teams, and communicate effectively.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting data workflow issues, collaborating with teams, and demonstrating effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and providing insights for decision-making.
  • Strong audit documentation skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with BI technologies.
  • Certifications in Azure Data Factory, PowerBI, or related areas are preferred.

The compensation range for this position is approximately $83,000 - $113,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education
