  • Design, prepare, and deliver clear performance reports, highlighting key trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Identify and support system development requirements (e.g. Power BI, SAP) to improve processes and reporting accuracy.

  • Maintain effective data workflows, ensuring secure and compliant data transfer between internal and external partners.

  • Drive continuous improvement in data quality and business intelligence capability.

  • Demonstrate visible leadership in health, safety, security and environmental standards in line with Calor GB’s policies.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent (e.g. CIPD Level 5).

  • Strong SQL skills with experience analysing data and identifying trends to drive performance.

  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into data-driven outputs.

  • Analytical thinker with experience creating new reports and business information solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to resolve issues.

  • Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex data and influence decisions.

  • Proven record of driving continuous improvement.

  • Adaptable, methodical, and detail-focused with great time management skills.

  • Sound understanding of GDPR and Data Compliance.

Desirable:

  • Experience with SAP S4, Power BI, and ERP reporting solutions.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.

  • Hands-on experience using SQL query tools (e.g. TOAD Data Point, SQL Server Management Studio).
