Who We Are. We are a collaborative community practice with locations in Fullerton, Anaheim, Orange, and the High Desert. Your Working Environment & Team. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. You would be joining a team of family physicians, nurse practitioners, RNs, pediatricians, OB-GYNs, dentists, specialists (optometrist, podiatrist), licensed clinical social workers, mental health professionals, case managers, health educators, registered dietitians, LVNs, and promotoras. This position is assigned primarily to our Orange location.

About the position. This position is an integral member of the SJNHC operations and Quality Improvement team, responsible for defining performance measures through the development and reporting of clinical, financial, and operational indicators. The goal is to improve quality, service, process efficiency, clinical efficiency, and cost by providing opportunity identification, data sources, data collection, data analysis, workflow analysis, statistical analysis, benchmark determination, process improvement design, training, coordination, measurements of outcomes, written and graphic reports, and data presentation. This position will serve as a resource to the SJNHC leadership team, initiating, coordinating, and providing expertise for analytic projects.
Salary:
$67,893 – $90,926 Yearly DOE (Salary based on a 40-hour work week)
