About You

Youre a Data Analyst who has real curiosity when it comes to answering business questions with data. You enjoy finding hidden patterns and relationships. You look for the right tools for a given job - rather than just using what youre used to.

You enjoy working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across the business. You take an interest in the wider business context and independently identify areas where data and analytics could deliver value.

You have a passion for learning and are always looking for opportunities to hone your craft.

About The Role

You will be responsible for answering both day-to-day and longer-term, strategic questions with data, analysing data and processes, developing analytics data flows, dashboards and reporting, and distilling actionable insights on core business metrics.

Reporting directly to the Head of Data, you will work across Arsenault to add critical analytical horsepower to ensure were making data-driven decisions, and using insights to improve efficiency and customer experiences.

Arsenault is one of the largest automotive marketplaces in the world. Were lucky to have thousands of user-generated listings submitted monthly with content gems from James Bonds Aston DB5 to Elvis Presleys Cadillac. The site is old, launched in 2005 but under new, VC-backed ownership since 2018 and on an exciting triple-digit growth journey to bring classic vehicle transactions online.

Our culture is incredibly important to us. Were lucky enough to have built the team from scratch with a focus on enjoying the day-to-day, diversity, inclusion and high performance. Despite being an entirely distributed business we build strong connections as colleagues and have created a fun and high-performing culture.

Whilst the team is only 100 people now we expect to double over the next 12 months. Were looking for a Data Analyst that has good, relevant experience and wants to make their mark in a rapid-growth business where they can make a real difference, whilst enjoying the environment and culture.

Finally, you dont have to love cars to work here (and lots of our team dont) but for those who do this is an incredible opportunity to combine your passion and professional lives we look forward to hearing from you.
