Purpose of Role:
The Data Support Executive serves as an internal support for the Back-Up Care Operations team, taking on a broad range of tasks within our Work + Family business, and supporting successful delivery of our Back-Up Care Programme. The role reports into our Network Growth Manager and relies on working closely with technical and operational team members to ensure that data, processes, and reporting are fit for business needs. This role will analysis and interpret data to identify provider location / care type gaps and trends in unfilled bookings. The role requires an individual who is comfortable working with data and has experience in data analysis and displaying this to stakeholders.
Responsible for:
Analysing and reporting on network growth data, BUC performance, and provider metrics to assist internal and external customers
Data analysis on competitors and potential identifying of suitable providers.
Troubleshooting, researching, and finding resolutions that meet immediate needs, in accordance with agreed upon timelines
Checking and reporting on provider performance, identifying improvement areas or process failures
Analysing location data and network coverage, identifying area or care type opportunities to grow or strengthen our network
Becoming established as a subject matter expert on the Provider Network and our location coverage.
Providing the Network growth manager support in ad hoc reporting requests and projects
Providing detailed and analysed data for new client launches
Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and providing data to support rationale.
Maintaining a high-level of customer both internal and external satisfaction and meeting minimum performance service level standards
Working as part of the overall team to participate and deliver the operational goals set as a team and on an individual basis
Working autonomously and making independent decisions, escalating to management for complex or unusual situations
Essential Experience:
Analytical skills, comfortable working with data
Trend and pattern analysis of data and current landscape
Strong IT skills, with a particular emphasis on Excel competency
Familiarity with using CRM systems
Ability and willingness to learn and gain proficiency in new systems
Strong customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
Excellent communication and organisation skills, with a strong attention to detail
Awareness of the role of data to demonstrate impact of root causes to improve performance and results
Experience Desirable:
Ability to use BI tools such as Qlik to analyse and improve performance
Understanding of the childcare industry
Understanding of the eldercare industry
Understanding of the employee benefits market
