Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum with a total package of £37,950 (Bonus)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Cannock or London with hybrid and flexible working

We are currently looking for a talented Data Analyst, who will play a crucial role in analysing data processes, identifying discrepancies, and implementing strategies to maintain and improve data quality. The Data Analyst will work closely with various departments, including operations, environmental monitoring, and regulatory compliance, to support our data governance initiatives and ensure adherence to industry standards and environmental regulations.

What will you be doing?

  • Create a suite of automated reports and dashboards by which we can effectively manage our business.

  • Conduct regular audits to identify data integrity issues and potential risks to operational efficiency and environmental compliance.

  • Contribute to the implementation of data governance frameworks and support continuous improvement efforts.

  • Use advanced analytics practices to delve deeper into trends and patterns in the data.

  • Be able to communicate technical solutions to non-technical people.

  • Work closely with IT, operations, environmental monitoring, and regulatory compliance teams to resolve data-related issues.


 

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst.

  • Experience with data management and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Phyton).

  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), enabling effective communication of data insights.

  • High problem solving ability.

  • Strong communication skills.
