This role is an opportunity to contribute to data-led decision making across the Lebara Group, supporting a wide range of teams with high-quality insights and analysis. Lebara has undergone an award-winning data transformation in recent years and has a well- established central Analytics and Data Science team supporting the markets in which it operates. As part of the Analytics team, you will support countries, group and finance teams by responding to ad-hoc data requests, performing exploratory analysis, and producing clear, effective visualisations using tools such as Power BI. Your work will help stakeholders make informed decisions, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring that data is accessible and actionable across the business. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced analysts and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your contributions are valued. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their analytics career to build experience in a centralised data team, grow their technical skills, and gain exposure to a wide range of business areas.
Responsibilities
1. Support with analysis to help investigate business challenges and uncover insights using available data
2. Help maintain and develop our suite of Power BI reports that support business teams in understanding commercial performance
3. Collaborate with more senior analysts and business stakeholders on projects, helping to drive forward initiatives with data including: CLTV, Customer Churn and Marketing campaign reporting
4. Assist in improving the data quality and availability for the wider business
5. Assist in building our understanding of customer behaviour by generating clear and actionable insights
6. Provide analytical support to data scientists, including helping to prepare and explore datasets used in model building
Skills & Experience
1. Proficiency with SQL
2. Ideally experience creating interactive dashboards with Data Visualisation tools (PowerBI, tableau or others)
3. Business-First Mindset – You approach data with a focus on solving real business challenges, not just crunching numbers. You’re comfortable zooming out to understand the broader context and asking "What are we really trying to solve?”
4. Stakeholder management, able to work and influence senior leaders
5. Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
6. Be able to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people
