Description

Open position in all RADaR office locations including Kansas City, MO, Columbia, MO, St. Louis MO, and Minneapolis, MN; Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home


 


Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support clients’ key business decisions. Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company.


 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

 



  • Analysis of, including but not limited to , business objectives, measurement strategy and specific performance metrics.

  • Ability to execute efficiently regarding data connection set-up, dashboard development, visualization and analysis.

  • Communicate with the strategist and other applicable stakeholders efficiently about the deliverable, results, findings and insights.

  • Communicate with the strategist in a timely manner about any changes to deliverable, including timeline and output, making sure both analyst and strategist are on the same page before meeting with the client.

  • Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables.

  • Adhere to internal processes and requirements in data management, communication  and documentation.

  • Ability to show and share expertise with the team to support mutual-learning environment.

  • Responsible for reporting automation and use of BI tools.

  • Maintain current and accurate time records related to all functions of agency, client and team work assignments in Advantage software system.

  • Attend internal training, online conferences, seminars and travel to client locations.


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Digital Media Strategy, Analytics or related agency experience.

  • Ability to use and experience with industry tools and systems, digital research tools, visualization tools analytics platforms, etc. Including Tableau 

  • SQL/Coding experience

  • Understanding of analytics, business intelligence, client strategy, and storytelling process.


 


Education



  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, degree or concentration in advertising, marketing or communications preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
